SPARRING SEMINARS

For those who would like to begin sparring!

Junior students in the Intermediate and Advanced classes are welcomed to participate in free-style sparring classes.

Free-style sparring is an enjoyable and educational addition to a student’s regular training. 

All Sparring seminars and classes are conducted with safety as our primary concern.

All safety gear listed below is mandatory. Please reach out to Bella with any questions regarding sizing.
