Henry is a Level Four Junior Black Belt (one of eight to ever achieve that rank).

Henry began his training under his father (Marcus Traynor) at the ripe old age of four years old. More than a dozen years later, he is now a senior instructor with the junior program at Buzz Durkin’s Uechi Karate School. He specializes in sparring and dynamic movement. He has earned the title: Jun-Shihan or Instructor.

He graduated from Pinkerton Academy, in Derry, NH.
